Capiz is the common name for the translucent shell of the Placuna placenta, a marine mollusk found in the coastal waters of Southeast Asia.

Frame features include a solid wood frame with beautiful hand applied capiz in a semi-sheen and translucent finish.

A warm white matboard which fits a 4″ x 6″ photograph and a black fabric wrapped stand back (both portrait and landscape standing) with 2mm glass.
